Best Travel-Friendly Workout Props

  • Resistance Bands | Calia

    Lightweight and travel-friendly, but packs a punch for additional resistance in arm/back work, legs and glutes. See resistance band workouts in my OnDemand library.

  • Jump Rope | Bala

    A no brainer for cardio while traveling — even 5-10 mins does the trick! Plus, jumping (bouncing) promotes lymphatic drainage, which helps to de-puff, detoxify, and boosts your immune system.

  • 1 lb Weights | Bala

    I prefer the 1 lb. bangles (aka wrist or ankle weights) to up level arm, hamstring and glute work on the go. I love that they double for both upper and lower body work, and I often use in my OnDemand workouts.

  • 9" Pilates Ball | Pro Pilates

    Can be inflated/deflated easily to fit in luggage (comes with a little straw) & my favorite prop to use for abs and inner thigh work. Also, a regular in my OnDemand workouts. I recommend inflating it about 85% of the way, so it has some give.
